This application is a tool that is part of a comprehensive municipal services program, it consists of making a record of the problems that could arise within basic public services, such as:• Drinking water• Potholes • Garbage collections• Street lighting• Traffic lights and sewer manholes. The application will be able to generate reports which will be divided, when registering a report the area where the incident occurred will be delimited, then photographic evidence will be required showing the failure being reported, finally, all that remains is to check that the data correspond correctly and confirm the report. The report will generate the user a folio number with which they can follow up on time.
